How long is the free trial?
The first number from a new app or browser install gets 30 days.
What if I make another number?
A further number from the same install within 90 days gets 3 days. If the web browser still has a number from that install, the web app asks whether you want to restore it before making another. One install can create at most ten numbers in any 90-day period.
What if I use the plain API?
If an API request does not include an install ID, the fourth and later numbers tied to one network within 90 days get 3 days. A first-time app or browser install still gets its full trial, even on a shared network.
How do refunds work?
You can manage cancellation from the Subscription section on My Number. For Razorpay, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Our policy offers a full refund when requested within 7 days of the first payment. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
