Terms of service

These terms are between you and AGline, operated by Ayushman Singh (sole proprietor), India ("we"), who run AGline. By using the service you accept them.

The service

AGline gives you a private number. AI agents you authorise can use that number to start a call or send a text to your devices, and your spoken or typed reply is returned to the agent as text. It is not a telephone service. It does not connect to the public phone network and cannot be used for emergency calls.

Your responsibilities

• You decide which agents get your number. Anyone who has your number can try to reach you; use keys-only mode, blocking and quiet hours to control this.
• You are responsible for what your agents say and do, and for what you tell them. Do not rely on a call for anything safety-critical.
• If you create a number in a web browser, you hold its recovery key. If you lose the key and your browser data, we cannot recover the number.
• You must follow the acceptable use policy.

Free trial and payment

New numbers get a free 7-day trial. The paid plan costs ₹199 per month. After it, an active paid subscription is needed for agents to reach you. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner; prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes where required. We do not see or store your card details. Ending the service

You can delete your number and all data at any time in the app. We may suspend a number that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for it to be reliable but calls can be delayed or fail, especially when a phone is offline, in a low-power mode, or has notifications switched off. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
