Delete your AGline number and data
In AGline, your number is your account. There is no email or password. Deleting the number deletes the account and its data. You can do it yourself at any time, at no cost.
Delete in the Android app
- Open AGline and go to the My Number tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my number & all data.
- Confirm with Delete. It happens straight away.
Delete on the web
On agline.in, open My Number and choose Delete my number and data. You can also use the button below from a browser that is signed in to your number.
Checking whether this browser is signed in…
If you no longer have the app or a signed-in browser
Email agofficial@agline.in with the subject “Delete my AGline number”. Include the number. We will ask you to prove it is yours before we delete anything, for example with your recovery key. We reply within 30 days.
What is deleted straight away
- Your number’s identity record and settings (access mode, call limits, quiet hours).
- Messages, call history, call prompts and reply transcripts, and any generated call audio.
- Agent keys, device credentials, push addresses, sessions and sign-in codes.
- Feedback you sent us and our replies.
- Your subscription is cancelled first, so a deleted number is never charged again.
What is kept, and for how long
- Retired number: the bare number and its release date are held for 90 days so it is not given to someone else. No other data is attached.
- Trial record: keyed hashes of the network and install that created the number, the platform and the trial length granted. The link to your number is removed at deletion. This record is kept for 180 days from when the number was created, to stop repeat free trials, and then deleted. It holds no raw network address or install ID.
- Abuse logs: records of failed or rate-limited requests that are not tied to your number (network address and request kind, no message content) are deleted after 7 days. Rate-limit counters are deleted within 2 hours.
- Payments: if you paid, Razorpay keeps its own payment records as the law requires. We do not hold card numbers.
